I strongly oppose this DA. I believe here is insufficient information to allow the DA application. There is no information that stipulates what animals are to be kept in the enclosures or what is the purpose of the animals i.e. do they perform act ? Are they authorised? Will they meet they requirements of the Exhibited Animals Act?
A bill has been introduced into the NSW Parliament by the Hon Mark Pearson to ban animals in circuses and to seek an amendment to the Exhibited Animals Protection Act 1986. A number of Councils have banned circuses animals and I urge you to follow their example.
Having animals in circuses is archaic and cruel.

Would be great to have a circus.
Fantastic for the area.
Great for families during festive season.
