The reconfigured restaurant will cater for 125 patrons. Current approved base hours which are between 7.00am and 1.00am the following day Mondays to Saturdays, and between 7.00am and 12.00 midnight Sundays; and current trial hours between 1.00am and 3.00am the following day Mondays to Saturdays (under D/2000/476/B) will continue. The proposal is Integrated Development under the Heritage Act 1977, requiring the approval of the NSW Heritage Council.
