Hi, as the owner of an adjacent unit to the new proposed construction I would like to raise a concern I have with the shadow map and the impact of reduced direct sunlight. I currently occupy an eastward facing unit on ground level which would be significantly affected by the new proposed changes and building. In the original design it had a tiered sloped roof which would allow direct sunlight from around 7-8am, with the new proposed changes however it would create additional shade until around 10am and longer in the winter. There are occupants who suffer from asthma, and among other obvious valuation and privacy issues. I would like these issues to be considered when designing the new buildings height and close proximity to its westward neighbouring properties.
