S96(2) modification of consent to amend and continue the trial outdoor trading hours specified in condition 6, and extend the hours during which music can be played within the rear courtyard under condition (13E) for the licensed small bar "Since I left You". Current outdoor approved hours are 4.30pm-10.00pm Monday-Wednesday, 4.30pm-12 midnight Thursday-Friday, 9.00am-12 midnight Saturday, 9.00am-10.00pm Sunday, and 9.00am-8.00pm public holidays. The proposed additional hours for outdoor trading are until 12 midnight Monday -Wednesday. Currently, music can be played within the rear courtyard until 9.30pm, 7 days. The proposed additional hours for music within the rear courtyard are until 12 midnight, Monday-Saturday. The premises has a capacity of 50 persons including staff.
