I feel that this redevelopment for multi units is unsuitable due to the following issues.
Increased motor traffic to Elliott Street, creating extra noise and hazard to a no through road situation.
Increase demand for road use for parking, which would not be allowed until approx. 32 Elliott St. because of traffic markings therefore impacting on the residents in these areas.
Access onto Bundall Road from Elliott St, which is currently very difficult, extra traffic would create more and potentially dangerous traffic situations.
Garbage bin collections would be a near impossible as there is no area for bins to be put on the street near this address.
