I reside in Ocean Breeze village at 31 Kalaroo Road, Redhead and have been watching filling etc going into this proposed construction.
I have lived in this area for over 40 years and am well aware of the wetland and flood situation.
The village where I live becomes flooded with some homes towards the beach end being badly damaged.
My question to the Council is, are you making sure that the developers are installing adequate piping to handle the water after filling has been spread which appears will be above the level of our existing village
as we are asking this question amongst existing homeowners?
