Street frontage for all units would be an advantage for sure. Don't invite friends over because there is already no room to park with nearby neighbours parking in front of adjacent properties.

When will people learn. This is 2 doors down from a primary school. Each morning Monday to Friday at 8:30 to 9am it's a traffic jam and again at 3pm another traffic jam with parents drop off etc. On weekends the football oval causes the streets around to also be full due to Football and Cricket. Single car, well most have two cars way out in the suburbs. So at best we will have 0 new cars parked on the street or 4 new cars parked on the street on a permanent basis with these 4 units. Also this is a permit zone. Will these car be allowed to have a permit for Tyner road or for White road.

Where is the entry point for this development. The sight line from white Rd to tyner road is impossible to see on coming traffic coming up or down tyner rd due to parked cars. - this is an over development of this sight. Not enough car parking provided for each development. The entry point for the units should not be white road. 2 units is the only development on this site

Most likely this application is for 12 and 14 Tyner Road as 14 was sold for $1.06M about a year ago.
Suggest we make it compulsory to park cars in garages in future. Only way to clear the streets.
Have a look at 4 Tyner Road. They now park their cars on the front lawn after they concreted the front. No trees and no grass.
We're stuffed.
