Why weren't the original objectors to this Category 3 Development advised of this Amended Application. These are major changes from 6 to 12 apartments and 13 to 26 undercroft carparks.

I am writing with great concern about council's consultative process.
We live 22 metres from the approved amended development:
303 Seaview Road Henley Beach SA 5022 (252/2078/17) (and name change 303 Esplanade noted). Amendment to application 252/2585/16 – Three storey residential flat building comprising 12 dwellings and 26 stacked undercroft carparking spaces - Amendments to level 1, 2 and 3 increasing size of apartments and increase in the overall height of building from 11.9m to 12m
Having objected to the original Category 3 Development we have received no notification of either this 'Amended Application' which includes major changes from 6 to 12 apartments and 13 to 26 undercroft carparks OR the major Evida development at 269 Seaview Rd, Henley Beach SA 5022.
We have received no notification of either development and I am writing to seek an explanation.
