How many public housing dwellings will there be in this development?

I believe that Monash has a total of around 60 public housing dwellings either in proposal stage or already recently built. This seems a large number in a suburb with an already high proportion of medium density housing. Regarding the development at 180 Clive Steele I would like to see the 3 story building limited to only 2 storys in keeping with surrounding buildings. Also if Blocks 14 & 16 are not part of the development could these areas be developed as usable community green space? I notice the Chapman public housing development on a much larger block was reduced from 30-20 dwellings and has a large community green space. Why does the Monash block have such a high density compared to the Chapman block? Providing green space is an important part of urban renewal.
