Description

Section 96(2) modification of consent for the Beauchamp Hotel in relation to trading hours for the outdoor terrace. The modification seeks to continue the trial trading hours of the outdoor terrace between 1.00am and 1.30am on Friday and Saturday nights for a further 2 years. The outdoor hours of 11.00am to 10.30pm are already approved on a permanent basis. The outdoor hours of 10.30pm to 1.00am on Friday and Saturday are already subject to a 5 year trial period until 2021. The modification does not affect the indoor trading hours of the Hotel.
