Development in this area is really getting out of hand. It's all very well being near a train station but many, many people will still use their cars and the road infrastructure has enough trouble coping as it is.

The demands and pressure this puts on the Wolli Creek environment with its remnant bush land will see it destroyed, I fear.

It's great that they do development of vasted land, however you need to consider the infrastructure (the roads in particularly) to meet the need of the new demand. Currently some of the roads in the area are in a shocking condition and not enough for the current need. You should resolve the current parking and traffic issues first before adding more residential buildings to make it even worse.

Absolutely crazy if approved. No way Wolli creek area can handle this project after the three huge unit dwellings are completed that are currently under construction. The roads and trains are already at breaking point during peak hour and even weekends. We wait for 15 mins to get out of our car park if I have the day off and want to go somewhere during the week at peak time. This is not planning it's revenue generation for council with not enough infrastructure or forward planning

I'm worried about the severe lack of schools in the area. The roads and the fact that the train is already full.
Can you resolve these issues first?

Viola Morris.
