This application is an after thought as there is already an established office on this property with their company and logo on the building. I refer to years ago when my husband and I applied for permission to have a secondary structure on 10 acres. We were instructed by Logan City Council to place a sign out the front of our property advising people of our intention, and also instructed a provision for four parking bays for vehicles.
The owner of this property has never placed a sign advising of his intentions, which is a trucking company often parking his semi trailers on the street.
I feel LCC is letting the residents down by allowing an intrusive business into a residential area.
