No more 'reduction of parking places' please. It is hard enough to find a parking spot in this area. Sometimes I leave and shop elsewhere because all spots are taken. Developers have to be made to make allowance for extra parking not less.

Parking requirements should not be waived. Access to local businesses requires easily available local public parking. Waiving parking requirement would be taking parking away from the customers of local businesses.
