We strongly and firmly object in the strongest terms to the development proposed for the corners of Grimshaw st, Adeline st and Lemon Tree lane, Greensborough based on the following:
1. Overdevelopment of site and the issues that arise from that including, increased traffic congestion, impact of traffic flow and parking pressures on neighbouring streets, loss of ammenity to local neighborhood culture, noise impact to immediate neighborhood,

2. Extremely poor plan for.visitor parking. Adeline street already has parking restrictions imposed due to increased traffic flow and need for parking; this will only serve to add to the issue and further negatively impact the local neighborhood character.

3. Direct impact on residents of Adeline street due to the only vehicle access to the proposed site being from Adeline st.

Yours sincerely

Audine Mcgovern-McCabe
