Parking in this area is already far too tight and demand outweighs supply. Expectation for on site parking should not be waived.
Four housing blocks to have 13 dwellings is already a quite high density of dwellings. Increasing to 6 extra dwellings will make density much higher. I fear this type of intensive overdevelopment will lower quality of life of future residents of the development as well as further compromising the character and amenity of the residential neighbourhood. My family and I live within 1km of the development, as does my elderly mother. I also work locally. My family and I are often in the area for shopping, doctors visits, walking.

Over development is happening everywhere and will continue until planning rules, planners and building surveyors are completely re structured. Too little knowledge and care about decent design and proper building structure.
