We object to the proposed development in terms of it not being in the interests of the local residents. We believe it would have an adverse impact on the amenity of the neighbourhood in general and upon our personal privacy.
Parking in our street (Pitt Street) is already very congested, impacting on our ability to get into and out of our driveway. This situation is set to worsen with the operation of the B-line bus network.
As a parent of young children, living in a street full of young children who play in the reserve/park at the end of the street (which this development will back onto), we are concerned that the park will be ‘misused’ by the tenants of the development, resulting in a risk to the health and safety of the children.
Also, as cyclists and motorists, we feel that the additional traffic entering and leaving the block would increase the risk of collision when rounding the bend from Burnt Bridge Creek Deviation; endangering our safety and the safety of our family.
In addition, the increased scale would place even more pressure on the already choked Kenneth Road intersection that will become even more so once the B-line parking station is in operation. Residents of the block heading south and wanting to enter their block will need to continue left in Condamine Street Balgowlah and attempt a U-turn at another already choked intersection creating further traffic chaos.
Should you have any questions or require further information, feel free to contact me.
Thanks and regards,

We object to the proposed development in terms of it not being in the interests of the local residents. We believe it would have an adverse impact on the amenity of the neighbourhood in general and upon our personal privacy. That aside, not sure how realistic it is having a 63 room dwelling that sleeps 115 people BUT only has provisioning for 11 cars. Why would it be assumed that people whom reside in affordable accommodation do not own nor require a car. With the B-Line work going on that runs out the front of that residence there is minimal to no off street parking available.

Parking in our street (Pitt Street) is already very congested, impacting on our ability to get into and out of our driveway. This situation is set to worsen with the operation of the B-line bus network and the various developments locally on Condamine Street.
