This is not what the area needs. We already have the largest number of brothels in the Sydney region.
Parramatta Council is doing so much great work in the community with the Re-imagine initiatives... but this just goes against all of those values.

No, we don't want or need another brothel around here!
Council should spend a more time looking into all the supposedly non sexual massage parlours it has allowed to pop up like weeds also, quite a few are openly offering "other services" and should be shut down!

I oppose this application - time for much more consideration to future planning for this area. There should be a cap on the number of any type of business to allow for growth and to provide what is actually needed in a changing area. There are still many businesses needed by locals that aren't available yet.
