The proposed alterations consist of the partial demolition of the first sandstone column adjacent to GPT to create a splayed column, new and extended glazed and steel roofing, a new door/gate at the Phillip Street entrance to the courtyard, addition of bench seating and landscaping, lighting upgrades, and a new colour scheme for the Phillip Street and courtyard facades of the terraces.
