Section 96(2) modification of consent (amend Conditions 2, 3, 9, 13 and 18) to increase the occupant capacity from 50 to 100 persons at the existing licenced ground level small bar (‘Stanley’s Lounge); to amend its general trading hours so that that trade commences at 12.00midday daily instead of 7.00am; to increase its indoor trial period trading hours so that they are between 11.00pm and 2.00am the following day on Mondays to Sundays inclusive (for a 1-year term) and to renew the trial period outdoor trading hours between 8.00pm and 10.00pm on Mondays to Sundays inclusive. (Currently, the indoor hours of 8.00am to 11.00pm and the outdoor hours of 9.00am to 8.00pm Mondays to Sundays inclusive are approved on a permanent basis).
