Section 96(2) modification of consent for change of use of whole building (except ground floor and part basement café/licensed restaurant and bar) from residential flat building to 14 serviced apartments. Proposed modification include amendments to condition 3 (Restriction on Serviced Apartments) and deletion of Condition 4 (Use of Whole Building) and 5 (Strata Subdivision) to allow for the site to be uses as both serviced apartments and residential and the addition of a reception counter in the lobby on level 1.
