Section 96(2) modification of consent to extend the indoor core trading hours of the existing licenced small bar (‘The Bitter Phew’ at Level 1) from 12.00midnight until 2.00am the following day on Mondays to Sundays inclusive & to continue, on Fridays/Saturdays & extend to include Mondays to Thursdays, for a 5-year term, the days which the outdoor terrace trial period hours operate between 10.00pm and 12.00midnight. (Currently, the indoor hours of 12.00noon to 12.00midnight and the outdoor hours of 12.00noon to 10.00pm Mondays to Sundays inclusive are approved on a permanent basis). This application also seeks to update respectively the Plan of Management and Acoustic Report and to change Condition (6)(a) ‘OPERATION OF THE PREMISES’ to allow partial opening of the rear terrace windows for ventilation up to 12.00midnight and the Oxford Street windows to be open until 2.00am.
