Remove and replace one (1) Eucalyptus located at the rear boundary. It appears that this tree has shifted in the ground and there is evidence that the roots have lifted the pavers. The tree is leaning to one side putting the tree at risk of falling. The canopy overhangs onto 52-54 Warners Ave, the neighboring property however, to prune this tree away from the property would require a significant amount to be removed leaving the tree as a poor specimen.
