Am wondering whether this could be turned into something useful for the community in the mean time? Perhaps a home for domestic abuse victims or a start up program for homeless young adults? Would love to see something like that happening to it instead of it just sitting there. I know there are some people out there (me) that would definitely put their hands up to help run it.
Doesnt have to cost anything, could run purely off donations and volunteer contributions and could start today and run for the few months it can before you shut it down and rebuild.
