Description

Section 96(2) application to modify the approved demolition of existing structures, site remediation and construction of a multi-dwelling development comprising of 14 new dwellings and excavation for basement parking. The modifications involve changes to the Harris Street pedestrian and garage entry facade design and materials including an increase in height of 455mm to accommodate the lift overrun, the consolidation of Terraces Mid 1 and Mid 2 to form one terrace including internal layout and window changes to suit, provision of a landscaped roof terrace over the basement entry and to Mid 6 Terrace, increase to the building height of the Mid Terraces by approximately 480mm to accommodate basement services and deletion of garage access to 63 Harris Street.
