Proposed development does not provide sufficient set back from either side of property - especially the garages and the front balconies. Front balcony on western side will look straight into existing balcony and living areas particularly if built right up to the fence line.
Windows although noted as having 'wooden slats' will invade privacy of neighbouring properties and in particular the rear yards, particularly of the proposed wooden slats can be seen through. The whole length of the adjoining backyards will have the proposed building right next to it (with little setback)
Height of proposed building appears imposing.
