This newly built home is enormous and has already blocked the Harbour Bridge and the City views from inside our home facing South; now when we look South out of our windows all we see are the expansive grey walls of this new property.
The Proposed new DA and addition of a balcony with screens further blocks our views of the Harbour Bridge and the City from our BBQ deck and significantly reduces our enjoyment of our home - and the views we purchased our house for in the first place.
It is not fair for the owners to block our views from the windows in our house, and then also block our views from the backyard of our house as well.
I am opposed to this new DA
