If you have a look at the end of my post you'll note that my request was directed to Clr Robyn Preston and not yourself.

Is it any wonder most people are afraid of a mosque in Glenhaven. This fear is a sane response to what is happening in our world today. As for the majority being 'peace loving'...a poll conducted in Egypt revealed 82 percent of people replied that if anyone left the Muslim religion, they should be killed for it. 80 per cent believed that if you insult 'the Prophet', you should be killed for it. Google the American comedian Bill Maher and listen to what he says. Bill is right about this but so many people are being deluded even though the facts are plainly there to see. In Saudi Arabia, the centre of Islam, there are regular beheadings in public squares for non violent crimes. And we don't say a word. Now imagine if there were regular beheadings in Vatican City with the message Catholicism is a peaceful religion. Do you think we would stay quiet about that? I don't think so.

I fear we will wake up when it's too late and our childrens children will pay the price of our intentioned ignorance and apathy.

I am sorry, however this proposal is a slap in the face for the foundation that Australia was built on. christian principles. Australia has enjoyed a past relatively free of the violence and hatred we tend to see these days. Yes i am saying that muslims do not value our great country they do not value our laws and they do not value the freedom we provide. To place another mosque in our city only elevates the congregation of muslims and where they can abuse the principles of our great nation. I have seen first hand their hatred of us Australians where i Was abused and threatened because I walked past a mosque in bankstown when they were having their prayers. being disabled i felt harassed and scared where i was told I would be wiped from this earth because I was of a christian nation. I asked how do you know that I am not muslim the two old men and three young guys proceded to say the fact I was not in the mosque praying and looked caucasion. I said they should not judge they then proceeded to swear and raise their fists and speak in their language towards me. while years ago. I am still affected by it. So no to a mosque..

I proper study should be made about what happens around other Mosques,

I used to own a business not far from one this Mosques, during prayer time and Ramadan they will park everywhere on footpaths, double parked, blocked roads, parked on the entire area of the petrol station , blocked all the pumps , they don't care and have no respect for anybody or any rules , the think they are above the Australian law and only go by their own laws, Once they are there you will never get them out , even the police couldn't make them move their cars.
The humming noise is like having a trumpet jammed up your ear .
they need to look at industrial areas where there is plenty of parking and no noise restrictions. NOT IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES.

I suggest the Deputy Mayor and Team go and see one of this Mosques during prayer time and see what happens first hand, They should check in and live for a week next to This Mosque and see what they are about to put us all through , I don't think they will last a day...

We need to keep our way of live as is .
