I think this application should be declined as the existing houses are a historic part of Roseville/linfield that need to be saved, already next to those houses are basic modern apartments and it would be nice to keep that diversity, the houses are attractive to me with their sash windows, stained glass and brickwork and just need some tic, it would be very sad to see those buildings go.
