We would like to object to Planning PLN-17-183 on the grounds detailed below
    1. Traffic congestion/parking.
It is already at impossible levels for residents living in the immediate area.
We already have the situation where tourists regularly park and outstay allotted time including parking on yellow lines.
More importantly, for local residents, they have no comprehension of the value of that space they use, more often than not taking up the space of 2 cars and further exacerbating the situation.
    2. Noise
The issue of noise must also be considered, with outside dining adding to the suffering of immediate and local residents in surrounding streets. (The operating hours being applied for at 6.00am through to 10.00pm in this instance are both unnecessary and unfair)
