Description

Section 96(2) modification of Stage 2 consent for the construction of a 20 storey commercial office building. The application proposes design amendments to the building exhaust system (removing the mechanical riser on the northern facade and changes to risers on southern facade), louvres along the length of the Kent Street and Clarence Street facades (level 8 only), reconfiguration of basement levels (including additional courier vehicle spaces, a motorcycle space and redesign of ramp, driveway crossover to Kent Street and end of trip facilities), provision of louvres at lower ground and ground floor, relocation of lift shaft, alterations to tenancy access at ground floor, reconfiguration of roof plant and amendments to finished floor levels. It is also proposed to amend the site description to remove reference to Red Cross House.
