Section 96(2) modification of consent to allow continuation of the trial period trading hours between 10.00pm and 12.00 midnight (Mondays to Sundays inclusive) for a 5 year trial period. The hours of 7.00am to 10.00pm are already approved on a permanent basis. It is also proposed to modify Condition (4) relating to entry to and exit from premises by seeking to use the doors to the through site link to the south of the restaurant for the additional purpose of enabling access for maintenance equipment used for servicing of fire/mechanical/electrical services and for general deliveries and by staff between 7.00am and 6.00pm, along with 24-hour fire exit use on any occasion and 24-hour emergency use for essential services maintenance restricted to occasional as-needed basis.
