Section 96(2) modification of consent for demolition of the existing building, excavation and construction of a 26 storey, mixed use building comprising hotel uses within the podium, a tower above containing 95 residential apartments, and basement parking for 87 cars. Proposed changes are internal reconfiguration of the hotel layout including moving the hotel lobby to the Bathurst Street frontage, refinement of the fenestration design, enclosing the internal atrium to create an internal void, addition of an external plant riser to the eastern facade on levels 2 to 8, refinement of balcony and apartment layouts, conversion of approved plant area on level 10 to a bedroom.
