Use and installation of a temporary marquee structure (20m x 10m) within the grounds of the Sydney Observatory for both private licenced events, and for educational and community purposes. The proposed use will occur for a 6 month period from 15th August to 15th February each calendar year until 16th February 2021. Bump-in and bump-out will occur 4days before and after each 6month period. Hours of operation are from 8.00am until 12 midnight Monday to Friday, and 10.00am to 12 midnight Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. The application is Integrated Development requiring the approval of the NSW Heritage Council under the Heritage Act 1977.
