Increase in patron capacity, extension to trading hours, use of the outdoor seating area and installation of signage in association with a food and drink premises in tenancy T1.03 at the ground level of International Tower 1. The existing Complying Development Certificate (CDC) permits a maximum of 50 patrons and indoor trading hours between 7am - 10pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive and 7am - 8pm, Sundays. The proposal seeks to increase the patron capacity to a maximum of 125 persons, extend indoor trading hours to between 7am - 1am (following day) Monday to Sunday inclusive, use of the outdoor dining area for a maximum of 50 patrons between 7am - 10pm and the installation of 3 signs.
