Would you be able to tell me if all of Eton Road has been designated for high density?
Also has Winchester Avenue designated for high density.
Why has the council decided to devalue all the houses in the Eton Road and Winchester Road areas.
Once upon a time you could buy a house in an area and know it will not become units and high density.
Why has the council decided to destroy the area just so they can get extra council rates?
