I wish to log my objection to this planning proposal of 11 story unit at 24 Cranbrook Ave Cremorne. I live at 18 Cranbrook Ave and I feel there will not be enough parking spaces in the street for excess visitors. We already have 3 large unit blocks next to each other plus the school across the road. So we are limited where we can park our cars. Not everyone in #18 has access to a private car space. Also I feel it would limit the sunlight on the east side of our building and lack of privacy. I hope you consider my objection.
