I oppose the development for this address. The reserve behind this location is public land owned by council and is often affected or damaged whenever houses behind it do construction work and also affects surrounding neighbors. Considering the development is so close to the reserve, issues such as rubbish dumping, and offloading construction tools will be a problem as it has been so in the past, as well as inappropriately sized trucks going up and down the park not only blocking access to other residents for the reserve and the walkway but will also have an impact on the native wild life and surrounding canopy.. This location is quite dangerous which has had a reputation for police in the past as they also have trespassed and damaged council property before hand, and is a concern for the community when structures like this need to be built in such a tight area, where inappropriately sized buildings already exist without the concern and well being of other residents. I hope council reconsiders.

I oppose the development because of the impact it will have on Lambert Rd Reserve. In the past vehicles have entered the reserve and each time some damage has resulted. Council has an ongoing program of bush regeneration in this reserve and vehicular access (if permitted) during construction will have an adverse effect on the work already done. I urge Council to not permit vehicular access via the reserve for this development.

I oppose this development because of the impact on Lambert rd Reserve. This reserve is directly behind the proposed development is sensitive to vehicle access and any related traffic access; especially large construction vehicles. In the past any heavy traffic has created noise to surrounding neighbours and damage to the flora within this reserve. The bush regeneration in this reserve has been supported by council and local residents. I would anticipate that this fine bush regeneration work would be continued and any future major efforts to damage the reserve, even though indirectly, should not be allowed.

A nearby recent development very close to this proposal had also created more night light pollution and loss of trees. The visual appearance as noted from Darley Road of several stories of building cascading down from Lambert Road also impacts on the 'green' look and feel of this area. From the proposal some heavy drilling equipment may need to be used and thus more noise created. The loss of so many large trees within the existing property is also a concern. Any noise created within this valley region has always been more pronounced due to the valley acoustics.

I strongly oppose the development to this address. If you have seen the size of the property how is it possible to fit two swimming pools let alone the property itself onto the block.
Bardwell Park is a R2 low density area. This will have a serious impact towards not only surrounding residents who will be highly inconvenienced during the development process but the reserve behind the property which is known as a biodiversity corridors from residents and Bayside council, is also protected by residents and is very well looked after by Council and their local bushcare group. This location has no care towards any of these things and were recently caught trespassing in the reserve driving up and down with a Bulldozer without council permission (FOR THE SECOND TIME WITHIN A YEAR) and they have no self regard for any surrounding community or the local environment.
Not to mention it will make the suburb more busy and unpleasant.
The building will be an eyesore and also have a significant impact against the environment.
There will be a lot of noise and annoyances within the area because of this development ... such as having to deal with tradesmen moving in and out all the time and they have been disrespectful to other residents before.
Please, the residents of Bardwell Park all strongly oppose this development and I am one of them as well.

I oppose the following Development Application for 10 Lambert RD, Bardwell Park.
We live just behind this residence and would be severely affected both privacy and physically. It will block our lovely views of the trees and surrounding bushland. A new structure like this will be an eyesore. It will also affect surrounding neighbours negatively, and like everybody else am worried about what impact they would cause to our beloved Lambert RD Reserve which is protected by a great local bush care group from Darley Road. Illegal truck access has been an issue with this residence in the past. They do not respect surrounding residents and have approached other residents in the reserve while being intimidating and disrespectful. They have been caught multiple times driving trucks up and down without council permission, this has impacted negatively on the reserve by causing thick tyre marks in the grass destroying the soil. After recent weeks of rain the grass in the reserve is finally growing back, I would hate it to be ruined again by more tyre marks. Trucks should not be allowed to have access to the reserve anyway to begin with as it's not meant for this purpose. It is in fact a natural corridor for the natural environment, animals and community to enjoy. Why is it so necessary to cut down so many trees in their property. We really like the bush land. It's also evident that the property will be too high in the area and traffic and parking issues on the site especially with the impacted neighbours would indeed be a serious issue.
I really hope council will not approve this development, it is not suitable for our great leafy suburb.

I am strongly against the development for this address.
I have always enjoyed Bardwell Park as a low density suburb. There are several things I am concerned about with this location and one of the biggest things, like everybody else so far i've seen, is the reserve that backs behind the properties on Lambert RD and Darley Road. I know the bush care community involved also have concerns about this development as they seem to have no care for the surrounding environment. Neighbouring houses will be overshadowed by an ugly permanent wall, an unnecessary amount of trees will be needed to cut down in their property, and parking on Lambert Rd is also going to be such a huge issue if these plans go ahead. The street is tight enough as it is on that side since it's just on the corner. The plans are bizarre because the property is expected to house multiple people on multiple stories but Parking is not being seriously addressed. It will also inconvenience other neighbours not only with parking, but also with having tradies running about up and down making lots of noise all the time it would ruin the serenity and have serious negative impact on the suburb. 2 Swimming Pools? How is this possible? And once again, the reserve behind it which Council and their Bushcare Group look after would be under threat from this development. We do not want this development to go ahead.
