Section 96(2) modification of consent to amend the approved trading hours of the licensed karaoke bar known as 'Muse Karaoke' from 8.00am to 3.00am the following day Sunday to Wednesday inclusive. The hours of 8.00am to 3.00am the following day Thursday to Saturday and 8.00am to 12.00midnight Sunday to Wednesday, are already approved on a permanent basis. The proposal seeks to reduce the number of security guards to a ratio of 1 per 100 patrons. The premises will have a capacity of 200 patrons.
