Section 96(2) modification of consent to modify Conditions (2)(b) and (2)(c) of consent to continue, for a 2-year period, the existing approved trial hours of operation of the licensed 'Sticky Fingers' cafe from 7.00am to 10.00pm Sundays to Wednesdays inclusive and 7.00am to 12.00 midnight on Thursdays to Saturdays inclusive (indoors) and from 9.00am to 10.00pm Mondays to Sundays inclusive (outdoors). The hours of 10.00am to 10.00pm (indoors) and 10.00am to 8.00pm (outdoors) Mondays to Sundays inclusive are already approved on a permanent basis. The proposal does not change the maximum seating of 47 persons inside the premises and 8 persons outside.
