We haven't been notified about any development at 54 Ocean View Parade, Caves Beach NSW 2281 and we are very upset about it and lack of information from the owners and Lake Macquarie City Council.
It wasn't enough that the owners of 54 Ocean View Parade, Caves Beach NSW 2281 removed 6 big trees or so that were blocking the owners looking straight in our backyard but now they seem to be in the process of building what seems to be like a 3 story building that will look straight in our backyard and our back deck.
Why didn't the council inform us about the proposed development and ask for feedback from us and other house owners living below that house for input before approving the application?
We should have the right to know and object to proposed applications if affect us or our privacy.
