    Dear Sir/Ms.,

I most vehemently oppose this development as it commercialises what is an important historic residential area. The heritage of this area is constantly under threat and needs to be preserved.

  2. Sheldon Jacomb-Kent commented

The development of this property for commercial usage must not be allowed to proceed,
Local residents where never informed of this development and a development application has not been displayed on the premises as is required to inform those for or against.
The commercialisation of this property would mark the beginning of the end for the historic significance of this residential area.
In regards to the intentions of the type of business being attempted in this property as a research hospital and sleep study facility is utterly preposterous considering the noise that emanates from the area on a twenty four hour basis due to traffic and passers-by of the local theatres and bars.
