I do NOT foresee any issues with this application in fact the area needs a dedicated bar for a fast growing population. New planning controls will see a huge influx of people moving to the area and we really don't have any trendy bars or restaurants to frequent. we have 2 very old pubs an RSL club and 1 businessman's club. I am sorry to say I would not take a client to an RSL club or a smelly pub to discuss business but a trendy bar would be perfect. the application is NOT seeking poker machines and that is pleasing. I have just returned from a trip to South Australia where I saw a lot of restaurants serving alcohol allowing the patron a wide selection of wine to be served with their meals. I support this application and look forward to a positive outcome.

I am so pleased to see this application. We have nothing like this in the area. I can't wait to support the business and I hope the council will see the benefits of their proposal and support them too.

I am also quite pleased about this application - the area of Rockdale & Arncliffe desperately need to pick up their game. A cool wine bar is much needed in the area not mention some better cafe's & dining options!
