Section 96(2) modification of consent to modify Conditions (3) and (18) of consent to continue, for a 2-year period, the existing approved trial hours of operation of the licensed 'Bill & Toni's' restaurant from 7.00am to 12.00 midnight (indoors) and from 7.00am to 10.00pm (outdoors) Mondays to Sundays inclusive. The hours of 8.00am to 11.00pm (indoors) and 10.00am to 8.00pm (outdoors) Mondays to Sundays inclusive are already approved on a permanent basis. The proposal does not change the maximum seating of 124 seats on ground and first floor, 6 seated patrons on ground floor landing and 4 seated patrons on the first balcony of the premises.
