This is a sensible development and should be approved without question. if I owned the site I would be asking for at least 6 to 7 storeys not 4.

This building takes away from the privacy of the surrounding buildings given there plan is that the building distances do not comply with privacy and acoustic specifics. The site coverage also exceeds maximum permitted coverage from 35% to 58.8%! There is also other concerns such as the SEWAGE pipes and building on them and possible future problems with that for the rest of the area. The building overshadows all other building and looks out of place. Also removal of the huge jacaranda tree which creates privacy for all the units. This building does not fit at and a different architectural design should be considered. We do not like the building at all
