    Dear Council,
I take an interest in this development as I live directly opposite at number 1A Towers Place Arncliffe. Towers place is short narrow street on one side it has kerb and guttering with no pedestrian access and on the other it has pedestrian access and no kerb and guttering. The street is short narrow and has very limited parking. I do not entirely agree with the assessment relating to parking and traffic. The report fails to indicate that 115 Forest Rd is affected by a 6 -10 am clearway which causes a concentration of parking from nearby residents in Forest Rd into Towers Place. If fails to indicate that Towers Place will lose 3 - 4 street parking spaces as a result of this development. It fails to highlight that of the existing 8 Strata title there is zero off street parking provided to the tenants.

In summary, my concern is around the loss of 3 -4 street spaces. I hope you consider my concerns when determining the outcome for this DA and find a way where these space can be recovered and returned to existing residents such as myself.
