We brought into the estate knowing that it was only going to be a two story motel with approx. 20 rooms. With all the strata rules and regulations that we have to abide by for example maximum height for buildings, boundary clearances and environment regulations. How can this oversize building be possible. Very concerned about traffic especially while construction is going on as the estate is still being developed by the residence and all the traffic from that is trying to funnel through a very small entry and exit road originally designed for a smaller development. The only area I could see this going would be the 42 acres next to the water pipes with main road access onto Luddenham Road. We are sorry to say we do not support this big development.
