Section 96(2) amendment to change the approved development description in order to ratify the name of the existing approved licensed restaurant and to modify Condition (4) of consent to extend the core indoor trading hours from 10.00pm to 11.00pm daily and to renew, for a further 12-month trial period, the existing approved extended trading hours until 12 midnight indoors and until 10.00pm outdoors on Mondays to Sundays inclusive. (The indoor hours of 7.00am - 10.00pm Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and 10.00am - 10.00pm on Sundays, along with outdoor hours between 10.00am - 8.00pm Mondays to Sundays inclusive, are already approved on a permanent basis). The maximum population of the premises remains as 100 persons.
