I strongly oppose the demolition of heritage homes through out Kogarah. This is an area full of history and we are loosing beautiful brick Federation style homes like 68 Gray st. These homes retain more value through their character and charm when they are renovated or protected in some way. I don't think it should be this easy for full demolition development approvals to get through. Kogarah only has 4 heritage listed houses. Shame on us.
