My partner and I reside in rawson street and we cant understand why you would let another child care centre be built in a residental aera. There will be no room for the people who live in the street nor for the people who would be using the centre.kurri kurri has three child care centres already plus ones at weston abermain and stanford. How is it going to work?I intend to submit a letter to council and surrounding councils to try and save the home and stop the approval of the centre.

Is this still going ahead? Residents are concerned about mine subsidise act. I also noticed the property does not currently have a mine subsidence certificate for build. Is the site also cleared of land contamination ie. Old house, asbestos, lead and other hazardous substance associated with demolition and digging.
