Alterations and additions to the existing commercial building known as "30 The Bond", including landscape works to the existing Level 8 terrace and the Level 9 roof top, minor facade works, and creation of a void from Level 7 to Level 9. Use of the terraces will be between 7.00am to 6.00pm 7 days a week by office staff from the building. The Level 9 roof top will also be used for occasional events, functions and meetings up to a maximum of 28 times per calendar year with hours of operation from 7.00am to 12 midnight. The maximum capacity of the Level 9 roof top is 150 persons.
